Our client is a famous PRC background financial group with multiple listed and non-listed companies in HK. They are now looking for a Financial Controller cum Company Secretary to support their business.

The position will be responsible on IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, corporate advisory, fund raising activities, communicate with regulatory authorities (SFC & Stock Exchange), prepare interim & annual report, prepare financial report, regulatory report, taxation, handle company secretarial duties, liaise with professional parties, etc.

The ideal candidate should be a qualified Accountant and minimum 8 years experience in Financial Accounting. Work experience in carrying out investment activities and knowledge of listing rules for PRC & HK regions is a must. Good communication in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
