Our client is a global brokerage company with strong presence worldwide.  To further strengthen their market positions, the client added 2 new permanent headcounts to the growing team, seeking an experienced Finance Manager and a talented Assistant Finance Manager. 

As an Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager,you will be responsible for the following:-

•         Responsible for daily financial accounting of the group entities in the brokerage business
•         Manage daily and monthly FRR reporting of licensed corporation entities
•         Manage full set of financial statements
•         Responsible for annual audit, regulatory filings, tax computations, and annual tax filing
•         Review reconciliation reports, such as bank reconciliation, broker reconciliation, and trade reports
•         Key contact point with business teams on new products, developments, and process changes
•         Support ad hoc project requests
•         Assistant Finance Manager’s duties are more involved in daily management of the above tasks
•         Finance Manager’s duties are more involved in review and management

To qualify for this role as an Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager, you possess the following:-

• University graduate
• Good spoken and written English
• Relevant experience in the financial services industry
• Member or finalist of HKICPA / ACCA / other professional associations
• Proficient in using computer (i.e. MS Office applications) and large ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Hyperion Essbase, etc.
• Keen on personal development with long term commitment to company
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Big 4 professional firms experience is an advantage
• Immediate available candidates will be considered first
