Candidates should be:

• Form 5 or above
• Good command of Cantonese and English and fair Putonghua
• Proficiency in computer usage including MS Word and Excel
• LCCI Level 1 or equivalent accounting qualification
• Minimum one year relevant experience preferred 
• responsible and well-organized person
• Can work about 4 hours per day, 5 days per week 
• familiar in Peachtree is a definite advantage

Job Responsibilities include:-

• prepare purchase journal and payment voucher
• arrange payment to suppliers and other administrative expenses
• update daily bank balance
• update daily cash-flow
• assist in preparation of audit schedules and management reports
• perform any other accounting, and administrative duties as assigned.
