Job Description

  • Responsible for cash receipt and payment and banking transaction
  • Responsible for accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Deal with banking relevant matters, assist in month-end closing, reconcile bank statements and resolve queries
  • Prepare daily bank and cash report to meet the operational requirements
  • Prepare monthly cash flow report and forecast with analyses
  • Liaise with banks for accounts opening
  • Assist in company secretarial document filing
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments requested by management                        

 

Requirement

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • At least 2 years solid relevant experience, candidates with more experience will consider as an Accountant
  • Detail-minded with strong coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organisation and with staff at remote locations
  • Capable to work independently and under pressure
  • Mature, self-motivated and a good team player
  • Demonstrate high personal and professional integrity
  • Good computer and MS Office skills and familiar with accounting software
  • Strong oral and written skills in Chinese and English, including Mandarin
  • Immediate available is an advantage
