Job Summary:

• As a key member of senior management and the head of finance & accounting functions responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting matters of the group
• Responsible for financial planning & management, cash flow management, tax planning and budgeting.
• Strategic planning for various business units of the group.
• Analyzing and evaluating business performance, the company’s financial strengths and weakness and suggesting plan for improvement.
• Setting up and reviewing financial policies and systems for the improvement of management efficiency and effectiveness.
• Driving the continuous enhancement of the finance and accounting functions for the strategic development of the company.

Successful candidates should possess the following qualities:

• A degree holder from a reputable university with a credible accounting qualification
• Minimum 15 years of experience in management/CFO capacity, across both sizable MNCs and HK listed companies
• Extensive knowledge in excise and tax across various jurisdictions
• Experience in trading and OEM business would be ideal but not a must
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required, both written and spoken
• Initiative, problem solving, good communicator and analytical skills
• Well organized to multi-task and work in a dynamic & fast paced environment
• Business travel is required
