Responsibility

-         Manage a mid-size finance team to prepare the monthly group consolidation accounts, and quarterly board papers

-         Provide leadership on daily financial accounting operation including AR, AP, General Ledger, and month-end closing

-         Responsible for internal control, reviewing current workflow and planning

-         Handle audit and tax planning for the company

-         Liaise with external auditor and bankers

-         Carry out ad hoc assignments.

Requirement

-        Qualified accountant with a university degree in Accountancy/Finance or relevant discipline

-      Excellent knowledge in both Hong Kong and PRC accounting, tax and compliance regulations and legal requirements related to financial duties

-        A minimum of 5 years relevant professional work experience preferably in sizable MNC

-        Rich experiences in credit control

-        Preferably with IPO experiences and solid exposure and knowledge of HK & USA Listing Rules

-        Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
