We are currently looking for Assistant Finance Manager – Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities:             

Responsible and accountable for financial and business support for FCGC in Hong Kong, including but not limited to the following:

• Preparation of monthly financial statements and management accounts
• Manage Chart of Accounts and monthly uploading financial data to Australia
• In charge of month end closing process and management reporting preparation, and cash flow projection, etc
• Treasury management
• Key contact with Head office Finance on intercompany balance and loan repayment
• Regional Procurement – Working directly with the Regional CFO, act as the key liaison for the Procurement function in vendor selections /pricing
• Regular meetings with Brand Leaders to analyze monthly results and significant variances.
• Prepare monthly reporting pack to Head Office
• Provide commercial support to Brand Leader and Team Leaders
• Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant accounting standards and company minimum standards on financial systems and processes.
• Assist Financial Controller with the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Responsible for interim and annual audit with external auditors
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts monthly
• Manage and implement special projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Any other duties of a finance nature and ad hoc analysis when required.

• Financial Controller - HK
• Various Business Partners: Brand Leader, Team Leader, Account Managers, Business Development Managers and travel consultants 
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• Qualified Accountant with minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communications skills and ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels
• Good command in English and proficiency in Putonghua
• Team player who takes ownership and proactively seek solutions
• "Hands-on" and “Can do” attitude
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
