We are a world-class design & build contractor that specialized in fitting out and facade projects for iconic retail luxury stores world-wide. Currently we are seeking a Project Controller with advanced skills in data-mining, reporting management and SAP knowledge to join our Regional Project Control Department in Hong Kong. The successful applicant will provide support and oversight to the quality and consistency of data provided by the project teams in terms of project budgets, costs allocations, costs to go, risks, variations, claims, PoC ( Percentage of Completion), cash flow and project margin. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain monthly reporting related to group compliance, SAP Business Warehouse, ‘At Risk’ reports..
• Coordinate with the financial teams to ensure consistency of project financial data into the company and regional reporting, WIP (Work in Progress), NFP (Net Financial Position) and P&L.
• Maintain the protocols for reporting and the key project staff to ensure ownership and accountability for every project financial status.
• Maintain and monitor the projects through our SAP Business Warehouse project tool, oversee the entire MISC projects (small works orders) in terms of Revenues, Costs, Profitability and Cash Flow.

Requirement:

• University graduated in Accounting/Business Administration with 3 to 6 years (only) related experience in multinational company as business analyst or management accounting. 
• A problem solver with strong communication skills, able to engage the proper person to push processes along and continuously achieve completion milestones.
• A relationship builder with absolute business ethics and professional integrity.
• High quality business ethics and professional standards
• Collaborative mentality with ability to influence others and build organizational relationships
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
