Requirements:

• DSE or F.5 with LCCI Intermediate Certificate
• 2 years’ relevant working experience
• Good PC knowledge including MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing is a “MUST’
• Fast learner, analytical minded and attentive to details
• Self-initiated with can-do attitude and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to all levels of colleagues
• Available on 1^st August 2017 or short notice is preferable
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Handle A/R, A/P duties including prepare vouchers, cheques, TT, bank reconciliation and debts collecting, etc.
• Handle daily general accounting duties, such as bookkeeping, data entry and documents filing
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing
• Willing to outings (mainly bank) when necessary
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and assignments
