Job Role:

• Responsible for financial reporting and accounting operations of the business, ensuring compliance to group and statutory requirements;
• Executing financial analyses and cash flow projections, providing commentary and recommendation to senior management;
• Manage Banking relationships and coordinate external audits;
• Set business targets for each financial year through the annual budget and play a control role to meet the targets;
• Handle ad hoc assignment when required.

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Finance / Accounting or equivalent;
• Qualified CPA;
• Independent, self-motivated, analytical, responsible, good communication and inter-personal skills;
• 10 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance gained from a Listed company;
• Familiar with Hong Kong and China financial reporting requirements;
• Experience in FRR and knowledge in SFC/HKEx rules and regulations is an advantage;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Putonghua
