Job Responsibilities:

• Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales.
• Prepare aging analysis and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
• Perform Credit activities such as coordinating with related parties to resolve Credit and billing issues.
• Monitor the status of outstanding customers accounts.
• Assist to implement the company's credit policy and standard. 
• Participate in ad hoc financial projects. 
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above.
• LCCI level 1 or above
• 2 years of relevant working experience.
• good command of written and spoken English & Chinese inc. Mandarin.
• Good command in interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Responsible, self-initiated, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Possess a good understanding of Excel functions (e.g. vlookup, sumif & pivot table)

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounts Receivable Clerk.
