Roles and Responsibilities:

• Carry out the vision and assist in implementation of a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate risk and controllership. 
• Assist in the establishment and periodic review of internal controls.
• Review and evaluate compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Identify and clearly define, audit issues and root causes, recommend improved internal controls and business processes, and ensure that corrective action plans are developed and implemented. Present these findings to the United States business management team.
• Promote a zero tolerance control environment where fraud or noncompliance is unacceptable and difficult to conceal.
• Serve as primary compliance team member for China and Hong Kong, working with Company’s Chief Compliance Officer.
• Actively participate in and oversee the audit planning, execution and wrap up processes.
• Review audit work papers and reports.
• Review travel and expense reports.
• Provide concise and meaningful updates to the United States business management team.
• Actively participate in Global initiatives aimed at improving the China and Hong Kong office processes and procedures.
• Work with Internal Audit team in the U.S. as requested.

 Skills, Abilities and Knowledge Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years' working experience in audit field gained from multinational companies and familiar with the compliance requirements in both HK and China.
• High energy level and strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment that strives to exceed expectations.
• Interact well with different levels of people and able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Strong, proficient analytical skills and details oriented
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Possess strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Travel between China and Hong Kong is required
