You need to work closely with technical team colleagues to

l   Deliver infrastructure services to all companies within the group as well as external clients across different countries according to agreed SOW and SLA

l   Develop and implement IT infrastructure standard and best practice for all companies within the group across different countries

l   Handle infrastructure problem troubleshooting and infrastructure research and engineering tasks

l   Set up IT infrastructure

l   Also need to assist on the below tasks

n   vendor management

n   assets management

n   operation tasks

Requirements:

l   University degree in IT related disciplines

l   Minimum 10 years solid experience in IT infrastructure design and implementation

l   Operation experience is an advantage

l   Experience in financial and banking industry is highly preferable

l   Familiar with PC servers, Microsoft AD, Exchange Server, Symantec EV solution, SQL Server, VMware, Asterisk PBX, Linux, Juniper firewall, Fortigate firewall, Cisco router and switches, H3C switches, network and server monitoring tools, VPN, QoS technology, DNS, DHCP, MPLS, Polycom video conference and server room technology

l   Familiar with setting up SLA, SOW

l   Self-motivated, independent and strong problem solving and analytical skill

l   Good communication and interpersonal skills

l   Good command of English and Putonghua
