Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Contact clients for outstanding invoices for project management business
• Liaise with Project Managers or/and Project Directors for any disputes with outstanding invoices
• Weekly meeting with Project Managers or/and Project Directors and follow up on agreed action items
• Send dunning letters in accordance with Arcadis working capital management procedure
• Update the credit control master file with comments
• Send receipt notifications to Project Managers and Project Directors
• Prepare monthly aging reports to Project Managers or/and Project Directors
• Analysis on top debtors and report on most update status

 Person Specifications / Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder, major in Finance / Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of credit control experience, preferably from a sizable firm
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and self-motivated
• Good sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge in Oracle will be an advantage
• Good in Chinese word processing
