Job Duties 工作内容：

Provide full range of administrative support to the Office operation. Handling office supplies, office equipment maintenance & procurement.

一般行政, 文書工作

HR & Personnel statistics, provide administrative support to sales team

人事統計工作，為銷售團隊提供後勤支援

Responsible for daily accounting duties including cheque issue, vouchers preparation, bank reconciliation and debts collecting, etc.

處理日常會計事務包括開票、入帳、核對銀行往來帳目等

Handle Data entry and documents filing

負責會計有關資料輸入及文件歸檔

Assist annual audit and taxation matters

協助年度審計及報稅事宜

Assist in month-end closing

協助處理月結帳目

To perform ad hoc tasks

有需要時處理特別項目

Requirement 入職要求﹕

5 or above with LCCI or above

中五或以上程度,須擁LCCI或以上資格

At least 1 years accounting experience

具最少1年會計文員經驗

Good PC knowledge including Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing

良好電腦使用技巧,

Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin) and English

良好中(粵語和普通話)、英文會話及書寫

Fast learner, analytical minded and attentive to details

能靈活學習,能正確分析事件優先處理次序及細心

Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

能獨立處理工作,主動,及能承受壓力

Good interpersonal and communication skills to all levels of colleagues

良好人際關係及溝通技巧

Immediate available is highly preferred
