Job duties :

• Perform day to day accounting duties including accounts receivable, payable and daily payments
• Prepare the billing transactions and verification
• Prepare monthly financial reports and daily documentations with banks
• Assist in regular stock count and inventory record management
• Liaise with internal parties for delivery arrangement
• Outdoor duty is required; and
• Ad-hoc assignments

Requirements :

• Form 5 standard with LCCI Intermediate
• At least 2-3 years accounting experiences
• Well-organized and strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS Office, Excel, Word and be familiar with ERP system is preferred; and
• Matriculated / Diploma or above in related discipline without experience will also be considered
