Responsibilities:

• Deal with routine membership matters, correspondence and administrative works
• The first point of contact and handle membership enquiries
• Attend regular meeting and take minutes
• Assist the Membership Manager on ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Tertiary education / Diploma with formal secretarial training
• 2 years and above working experience in club membership / secretarial and administrative works
• Proficiency  in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Competent PC knowledge with accurate typing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and diligent
• A team player with pleasant personality
