This role will provides full spectrum HR functions to the Group, including plan, design, and develop HR strategic including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and other HR related consultation to management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of  the Performance Management, coaching managers on performance management issues and processes.
• Establish an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs including training needs assessment, new employee orientation and production cross-training.
• Implement the training and development agenda, identify areas that need attention and improvement.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process, managing talent and taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns.
• Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinary, grievances and sickness.
• Establish Qualification System, Promotion System as well as Reward System to cope with company development.
• Communicate and ensure compliance and consistency with office practices and policies and compliance with all employment related laws.
• Handle ad hoc report and project as required.

Requirement:

• Degree in Human Resources Management
• 8+ years management experience in HR & Administration Operations in HK and China
• Solid experience in sizable companies
• Good and practical experience in implementation of HR projects
• Excellent communication skills and good reasoning abilities and sound judgment
• Broad knowledge and experience in China and Hong Kong employment law
• Based in Dongguan, China
