工作中的得著：

• 協助客戶經理提供專業理財策劃服務：包括財富管理及分析，投資，退休，風險管理等。
• 協助全程跟蹤處理中的保單，保證業務順利進行
• 團隊管理：學習管理團隊策略，如何管理屬於自己的團隊及制定巿場計劃。
• 個人成就：從工作中獲取各類型的國際認可專業資格（認可財務策劃師，特許金融顧問等）掌握最專業的金融理財知識。
• 加強人際網絡及溝通能力，提高成功率。

對象要求：

• 持有大學或以上學歷 （應屆畢業生，中學文憑考生及中學會考生亦會考慮）
• 好學，主動，有責任感，積極進取，對工作有熱誠
• 中英文良好，懂國語更佳  
•  持有有效香港身份證  （歡迎新非本地在港的畢業生IANG）
