Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service
• Manage the front desk; handle customer appointment bookings, questions, complaints and requests.
• Support and assist in daily operations, perform ad-hoc duties.
• Help ensure customers’ experience is professional and seamless throughout their sessions
• Build and maintain good, long-term relationships with customers
• Promote our products and packages to match customers’ needs
• Indoor sales target to achieve from marketing Leads, and customer’s renewal.

General Requirements

• F. 5 or above
• Minimum 1 year experience preferably in spa / beauty / retail / fitness industries
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Highly self-motivated with an energetic, positive attitude
• Strong commitment to customer-satisfaction
• Willing to work on shift duty
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

We Offer

• HKD14,000/ month + Double Pay + Attractive Commissions on sales
• 5 days work - 45 working hours / week
