Job Description:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support
• Assist in managing daily appointments, meeting schedules and travel arrangements
• Manage telephone calls and prepare documents as required
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with secretarial training
• Minimum of 3 years' secretarial experience
• Well-organized, attention to details, reliable, efficient
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy in MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Job Type : Full Time 

Location: Central, Hong Kong

Working Days Per Week : 5.5 days 

Salary: 12k-15k
