Responsibilities:

• Identify training and development needs, design and develop various training programs
• Ensure all frontline staff receive appropriate training in an effective and efficient manner
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs for continuous improvement
• Manage and monitor the training budgets and provide statistical analysis for management decision
• Follow up and analyze Mystery Shoppers results and make recommendations for improvements
• Supervise subordinates on daily operation and provide coaching for complaint resolution
• Monitor and review the service performance

 Requirements: 

• Diploma holder or above in business related discipline
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in retail industry
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office, web application and Chinese Word Processing
