Job Descriptions-

• Manage and process claims service for our expatriates clients on medical/ Motor and other type of General lnsurance
• Responsible for all relevant claims administration, handle phone calls and email enquires between the clients and the insurers
• Identify clients’ needs and provide required information to satisfy clients
• Upkeep the claims status and quickly respond to and resolve complaints within the standard service time frames in good quality
  

Requirements

• Matriculated or above
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese (Native English is a must)
• 1-2 years work experience in Medical/ Motor Claims handling and Customer Service is an advantage
• Well-organized and details oriented
• Excellent telephone manner, customer oriented and willing to learn; can work under pressure
• Good negotiation and problem- solving skills
• Must state current salary and expecting salary
• Immediate available is preferred
