Our client is a conglomerate emerged as an integrated national financial service provider with multiple business products and licenses with offices in the PRC and South East Asia. Due to business expansion, they are looking an Executive Assistant with Finance knowledge to support their management team. It is a newly created role, reporting to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

•          Provide secretarial support to Investment, Mergers & Acquisitions
•          Assist the team on M&A projects
•          Coordinate with external and internal professional parties
•          Undertake market research and financial analysis and develop financial models
•          Handle ad hoc projects as and when required

Requirements:

•          Bachelor's degree or above; major in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Law or related
•          2-3 years’ corporate finance experience
•          Smart, self-motivated, willing to learn, independent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•          Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint) and proficient in Chinese typing
•          Experience in finance industry and familiar with China market practice will be preferably
•          Highly proficient in written & spoken English, Cantonese (Mandarin is a must)
•          Occasional travel to China may be required
•          Immediate availability is highly preferred
