Job Description
a leading Enterprise Solution Vendor. They are expanding their business and looking for high caliber candidates to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Implement HR project including business requirements gathering, change management, system configurations, testing and document preparation.
- Investigating, trouble-shooting and resolving customers’ reported issues
- Analyzing customers’ requests and performing SAP configuration to support changing and new business needs
- Conducting user training
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in HRM, Business Administration, Information Technology or other related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in supporting HRIS Solutions (such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, IPL or other local HR package solutions)
- Strong HR domain knowledge with hands-on experience in HR operation, such as Personnel Management, Organizational Management, On-boarding, Termination, Time Management, Self-Services, Benefits, and Payroll
- Basic knowledge in HK and PRC payroll and tax is MUST
- Experience with data clean-up, migration and systems interface is PLUS
- Strong and proven communication skill in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
