Job Description
Guest Services Agent
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective courteous services at the Front Office and resolve any guest dissatisfaction in a professional attitude;
- Perform registration and check-out procedures on all arrival and departure guests;
- Greet and welcome guests, and respond guests’ enquiries promptly, efficiently, and courteously in a professional manner at all time;
- Other ad-hoc assignment
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- 1 year Front Office working experience preferred
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, energetic, passionate, team player
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, other dialects are definitely advantage
- Shift duty including overnight shift is required
