Job Description

We are partnering with a Nasdaq-listed Financial services company and we are looking for a Senior HR Manager (Compensation & Benefits)

Responsibilities: 

  • Be responsible to lead the Reward Management project, which includes but not limits for Grading Structure, Pay Strategy, Short-term Incentive, Long-term Incentive, retention program, pay scale review & management, etc. 
  • Lead the C&B practices and work with Business HRs and Share Services Center to assure quality execution and implementation in place, including Annual Salary Review, Discretionary Bonus allocation etc.
  • Manage the internal C&B process, which includes but not limit to annual manpower planning, annual staff cost budget, HR departmental budget etc.
  • Design and implement C&B policies and programs that support the rapid growth and expansion of the organization.
  • Act as a recognized subject matter expert, advising Business HRs and functions HRs. 
  • Devise solutions for specific issues in businesses, ensuring the respect of corporate philosophy on C&B while addressing the needs of the business (for example, inflation, special adjustments).
  • Contribute to the education of employees on C&B matters (Pay Communication) to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage HR Process Improvement through HRMS 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or its equivalent
  • At least 8 years relevant experience with strong knowledge in C&B operation gained from sizable organization
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation, familiarity with HR practice and legislation in financial industry is a definite advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
  • Good computer skills in MS Office
