Responsibilities:

• Advise investment project’s / investment fund and deal structure;
• Play a key role regarding various legal issues during the early stage of an investment deal, co-ordinate with external professionals to perform due diligence work;
• Assist in contract and agreement negotiations;
• Assist in monitoring post-investment performance;
• Assisting in any ad-hoc legal matters as required for the business.

 Requirement:

• PQE experience as a qualified lawyer in HK or other jurisdictions in private practice or financial institution in-house environment;
• 3-4 years’ experience in a Law firm handling PE investment or M&A transactions, or;
• 3-4 years’ experience as an in-house lawyer working for a PE fund or an institutional investor (on deal side not compliance);
•  Good opportunity for legal professionals who intend to develop themselves into an investment professional on the Buy Side.
• Willing to travel.
