Should you join our Secured Loans business, you will work closely with our professional, innovative and committed staff to develop and enhance secured loan products to meet the changing needs of customers in a dynamic market environment and to deliver premium services to our customers.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Direct Sales.

Principal responsibilities

• Plan and direct mortgage sales activities to grow the Bank's mortgage business
• Lead a direct mortgage team to solicit referrals from estate agencies / solicitor firms / property developers; acquire new business through on-site sales projects and provide quality sales support to branches
• Keep abreast of latest development of the mortgage business and recommend corresponding business strategies as appropriate
• Manage the performance and development of subordinates

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in mortgage lending business with good contacts at property agencies / developers and solicitors’ firms
• Strong service and sales orientation, with good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work on Sundays and public holidays
• Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations / HKSI Licensing Examinations preferred
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
