Our Client, a Multi-National bank, is now looking for Telemarketing Executives / Managers for their sales team.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Proactively performing warm outbound calls to selected customers and handle inbound calls as and when required
• Understanding customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
• Provide professional phone banking services
• Responsible for achieving individual performance expectations and development whilst maintaining appropriate operational risk control and compliance in all activities 

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• Relevant experience in sales and customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and telemarketing skills
• Self-motivated and hardworking, able to work under pressure and achieve aggressive sales target
