Responsibilities:

• Handle counter transactions and enquiries to meet customer needs;
• Provide accurate and quality customer service to meet branch service goals.

Requirements:

• 5 passes in HKCEE;
• Work experience in Teller, Customer Service, Sales or Telemarketing in Banking or Finance industries;
• Good command of English,  Cantonese & Mandarin  is a plus;
• Customer oriented and attentive to details;
• This entry level position provides ample promotion opportunities to branch service, sales and other banking positions.

**Fresh graduate will also be considered.**
