Requirements:

• Achieve the assigned sales target including referral & strategic threshold target with the aim to contribute to overall business objectives of the department;
• Improve product holding of customers through cross selling on Lending products, CASA, I&I referral;
• Grow affluent segments by identify potential venues and targeted offers;
• Boost up digital sign-up and online transactions by highlighting customer benefits;
• Provide excellent and quality service to all customers – internal and external, maintain professionalism on appearance, presentation and venue setup;
• Ensure customer’s enquiries and complaints are properly handled and reported;
• Ensure all the forms are properly completed with quality and accuracy to facilitate operation flow and improve TAT on card processing;
• Identify and discuss issues that impact our service and opportunities for improvement;
• Abide by the Money Laundering, Customer Due Diligence policy, Mis-selling policy, Code of Conduct, Customer Data Protection, FATCA and Compliance;
• Ensure procedure workflow, application forms, related selling and marketing materials are up to day to avoid customer complaints;
• Enhancing Customer Experience and continuing the Customer Centricity Journey.

Qualifications:

• Diploma holder or above;
• Strong sales drive;
• Possess Investment Licenses (HKSI 1, 7, 8);
• Prior sales experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions is highly preferred;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Driven, result oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
