About Our Client (Sizable Trading Company) & Job Description 

Our client, one of the sizable Trading companies,is now looking for Deputy General Manager to join their Team. The job duties are as follows:

• Supervise daily finance and accounting operations and to ensure all the operations comply with company internal rules and government law
• Ensure financial and regulatory reports are accurately prepared and timely submitted to the management, Headquarter, and other regulatory bodies
• Liaise with internal departments, bankers and external auditors
• Develop and maintain proper internal control procedures and policies
• Manage all IT activities like resources and project planning, budgeting, compliance, risk management, auditing, etc.
• Oversee the operations of IT infrastructure (Servers, networks, storage, backup, virtual environments, security, server room equipment, etc.) in high level of user satisfaction in terms of system availability, reliability, serviceability, security, performance and delivery
• Act as project leader to manage IT project plan, timeline and communication across project stakeholders
• Perform ad hoc project as assigned

Requirement 

• University graduate or above, Major in Accounting or information technology preferred
• CPA / ACCA holder
• Around 10 years related experience with around 5 years in management level
• Familiar with IT Servers, network, SAP system, etc
• Good Command of English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
