Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Compliance Implementation Manager in the assurance of sales quality and the compliance of internal guidelines and regulatory requirements;
- Assist to formulate practical sales flow and guidelines to ensure all processes and procedures are accurate;
- Assist to design coaching plans and training materials on sales compliance and quality reinforcement for RSS frontline sales staff;
- Review policies in branches to ensure all processes and procedures are accurate and up-to-date with Bank policy standards to ensure that compliance and high sales quality is achieved;
- Assist to review the procedures and pre-launch preparation of new product implementation;
- Work with all areas to ensure the consistent global approach and application of supreme standards.
Requirements:
- University degree in related discipline or other relevant qualifications;
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in banking industry, with exposure to sales compliance in banking environment an advantage;
- Passes in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations;
- Strong attentiveness to detail, compliance and control orientation;
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge of computer applications including MS Excel and PowerPoint;
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
