Responsibilities:

• Assist in the formulation of business propositions to grow the Bank’s secured loan business, including mortgage loans and secured overdraft products;
• Participate in the planning and implementation of initiatives to develop and enhance distribution channels, e.g. e-channel, for secured loan products;
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analyses for product or channel enhancement;
• Keep abreast of the latest development of secured loan business and recommend corresponding business initiatives as appropriate.

Requirements:

• University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications;
• Minimum 3 years’ retail banking experience;
• Strong self-motivation, creativity and ability to work under pressure;
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese;
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
