Our client is looking for a structured finance/derivatives lawyer to join their growing team.

Based in the commercial district and reporting to the department head, you will:

• provide legal support to business units
• negotiate, review and draft structured finance and securitization documentation
• keep up to date with the regulatory requirements and advise management on the same

To qualify, you should have at least 5+ years PQE and be qualified in Hong Kong.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Candidates from leading law firms who have relevant experience will be considered.
