Job Description
Responsibilities:
-
Provide administrative support to the corporate banking business
-
Support the Relationship Manager in handling customers’ enquiries
-
Prepare account opening documents for corporate customers & perform ongoing KYC
-
Ensure the daily operations are in compliance with the regulatory and internal requirements
-
Handle ad hoc assignment and ensure all job duties are processed in a timely and orderly manner
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in banking industry
- Good command of both Chinese and English. Fluency in Mandarin is a must
- Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word processin
- Responsible, detail-minded, with good communication skill and strong customer service mind set
