Company Description

A well-established asset manager is seeking a Credit Analyst (AVP/ VP) to join their fixed income investment team based in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities

• Assist fund managers on conducting credit analyses for fixed income issuers in Asia market with particular focus on HY space
• Review credit quality changes of all credits invested by the investment team of the firm
• Contribute investment ideas to fund managers
• Work closely with existing credit analysts in order to identify issuers that offer good value by taking into account underlying fundamentals and market pricing
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, pitch book for fund managers’ road shows 

Requirements

• University graduate with degree in Finance / Economics / related disciplines. MBA / CFA holders are well regarded
• At least 5 years of experience in credit research / rating agency. Candidates from equity research with relevant sector exposures will also be considered
• Strong communication skills and is able to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Fluent in English and Chinese / Mandarin
• Excellent PC, Excel and Windows knowledge
