Job Description
Our client is a reputable bank currently looking for an experienced professional to join as Customer Services Manager.
DUTIES:
- To ensure customer complaints are handled in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the bank
- To coordinate with relevant business to resolve complaint cases
- To review investigation reports and replies on complaint cases from the subordinates and prepare the written replies to customers, media or regulators
- To identify improvement opportunities and service level upgrading needs from complaint cases
REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduates with at least 7 years of relevant banking experience, of which at least 5 years at managerial level.
- Sound knowledge in handling customer complaints
- Good understanding of regulatory policies and guidelines governing retail banking services
- Good knowledge of retail banking products and services
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
