Job Description
Our client is a reputable bank currently looking for an experienced professional to join as Manager, Credit Administration
DUTIES:
- Prepare and review of standard facility letter, loan and security documents for corporate customers;
- Act as first level checker in the review of non-standard facility documentation;
- Ensure compliance of all conditions precedent, including but not limited to all facility and security documents, prior to implementation of credit facilities;
- Act as custodian officer in the proper safe-keeping of original facility documents in vault;
- Follow-up with Business Units on the submission or satisfaction of all conditions subsequent;
- Ensure due compliance of the Bank’s relevant policies and guidelines; and
- Prepare documentation-related management reports for Branch Management, Head Office and regulatory authorities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or holder of professional qualifications in relevant disciplines;
- 4 to 7 years of experience in banking with no less than 2 years at supervisory or junior manager’s level;
- Fluency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua (preferably);
- Self-initiative, attentive to details and a good team player;
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access).
