Role and Responsibilities:

Business Analysis 

• Work alongside Head of FP&A of Uriel Group in providing necessary financial support, design and furnish performance analysis for assessment of new business development opportunities for U-Holidays;
• Provide weekly and monthly financial analysis reports on business performance, including reporting on key metrics, variances analysis and overall performance of business;
• Prepare timely management accounting reports;
• Liaise with account processing team from Shared Services to ensure all invoices and accruals are processed monthly. 

Financial Planning 

• Assist in U-Holidays planning processes (1/3/5 Year Business Plan, detailed current year budget and rolling forecast);
• Assist the company’s capital budgeting process;
• Manage budget and non-budget approvals;
• Coordinate between cost centers and Finance Department.
• Ad-hoc projects assigned 

Qualifications: 

• Degree educated in a related field;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experiences;
• Experiences in financial statements analysis and model buildings are essential;
• Strong financial and business acumen and concepts;
• Able to work under tight timeframes and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strong skill in MS Excel;
• Experience in an ERP environment is an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English; Chinese language is a plus;
• CPA/CFA preferred;
• Previous experience in Travel industry is highly desirable.
