Provide the leadership in defining and executing a compelling growth strategy for the business in Hong Kong. Deliver on Wealth Management sales and profitability targets. Partnering closely with the affiliated insurance side of the business in Hong Kong. Build a strong sales structure that can sell wealth products to distribution partners. Build strong marketing, communications and service areas that can provide support to distribution, product lines (Individual Products for regular-premium investment-linked and Employee Benefits for MPF and ORSO) and customers at a quality level. Build a robust compliance structure that actively supervises the distribution of mutual funds, the licensing of representatives and responsible officers and acts as main coordinator with the SFC. Deliver service levels and operational excellence of the Wealth management Business. Lead marketing and communications to potential & existing customers, distribution channels and product lines. Establish business relationships. Create an operational vision for success through operational processes and capabilities. Collaborate with product partners/providers to develop the case for new initiatives. Provide leadership and direction, and support implementation of business plans and strategies. Manage the human resources according to company policies and procedures. Ensure that the overall Company’s operations are compliant to local Regulatory bodies.

To be considered, you will be a Degree holder with a minimum of 15 years of management experience. Technical Investment or Wealth Management qualification. A professional and technically qualified financial services industry. Practical operational experience in a functional role within the financial or wealth management in a multi national company. Strong track record in the Hong Kong market. Business development evidenced by track record. Knowledge and awareness of regulatory environment. Fluency in English and Chinese.
