We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Universal Banker.  

In this role, you will

• ​As a specialist in green zone on Insurance which covers protection, medical and general insurance products.
• Perform the key role by exploring and fulfilling customer protection need and uplift protection penetration especially for Advance and Mass segment
• Identify customers’ protection needs during client appointment and capture insurance business opportunities with prompt follow up for Advance and Mass market segments and make appropriate referrals. 
• Engage end to end insurance service including customer needs identification, solution recommendations, application, fulfillment and follows up
• Responsible for quality assurance and control measures by delivering the best suitable protection solutions to customers.
• Require to perform general service transactions, customer acquisition and borrowing business. Conduct Financial Health Check and make referral to Insurance Specialist and Wealth team in fulfilling customer’s investment needs. 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

• ​Proven working experience in retail banking with insurance sales
• University level education, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline
• Proven experience in understanding client needs and selling general insurance solutions to clients
• Self motivated with good understanding of banking products and selling skills
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Cantonese, with Putonghua preferred
• Possess positive attitude and enthusiasm to work in sales and banking industry
• Qualified with Insurance License includes Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Paper 1,2,3. Investment License holder preferred
