Our client, a integrated and one-stop financial group to provide a wide-spectrum and comprehensive financial services to different enterprises, institutions and individual investors all over the world, is looking for a Finance Manager (FRR reporting - Finance Service), details as follows:

Responsibilities:

• Assist the CFO to manage the accounting, finance and company secretarial functions;
• Manage, review and monitor the day-to-day operations, including month-end closing, preparing monthly FRR reports and other financial and management reports;
• To be responsible for budgetary control forecast management
• Participating annual audit and assist in all tax related issues
• Liaise with auditors and other professionals regarding audit, tax and banking matters;
• Well-versed with SFC and HKEX rules and regulations under SFO
• Handle routine company secretarial duties for the Group inclusive of maintaining minutes books, corporate and statutory records and database in a systematic and effective way
• Communicate and coordinate with external professional firms/counsels for all company secretarial matters for the group companies and its subsidiaries
• Perform all such other duties as assigned and required by the CFO and/or Management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or a quantitative discipline with CPA qualification
• Min 5 years Accounting experience in securities firm with 2 years at supervisory level in the financial service industry is required
• Experience in FRR reporting and liquid capital monitoring is MUST
• Hard-working, self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Computer skills such as MS office including Word, Excel, Chinese Word processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager – Finance
