Responsibilities:

• Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC Type 1 regulated activities
• Lead and coordinate underwriting and placement services of both IPO companies and listed companies.
• Build up new client base

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Financial Services, Banking, Economics or related disciplines
• Current license holder of RO Type 1 (Sole License)
• Competent and profound knowledge in bond and equity market
• Result-oriented, self-motivated and strong communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
