Business Analyst (Job ID: 1620)

Responsibilities:

• To prepare user requirements, review functional design specifications, prepare test plans and perform user acceptance test for system enhancements
• To coordinate with other teams and external vendors in computer system related projects
• To investigate system problems and assist other teams in solving production problems in system area
• To provide system trainings to users
• To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science, Information System, Business or related disciplines
• Experience in project management, including collection of user requirements and conduction of user acceptance test
• Knowledge of MPF business processes and logics an advantage
• Good risk awareness, analytical and problem solving skills
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
