Job Description
Senior Associate / Assistant Manager - Operations
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain bank-wised business contingency plan, policies and procedures, working manual and related operational workflows;
- Handle operational risk control and efficiency enhancement through risk data collection, risk analysis and KPI review;
- Maintain and enhance department service quality, accuracy checking and work efficiency;
- Cooperate with related departments for strengthening operational efficiency and ensure the works are conducted in compliance with related rules and regulations;
- Perform other ad hoc assignments as directed by Management.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree holder or above;
- At least 5 years’ relevant operations management experience in commercial banking industry;
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Senior Associate - Credit Admin
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review credit related documents and legal documents;
- Control line utilization. Facility line setup and maintain on mainframes. Facility line drawdown and terms and conditions control;
- Control, examine and periodically review collateral. Exam the pledged documents;
- Control and trace post-lending terms and conditions.
Requirements:
- University graduate is preferred;
- At least 3 years solid experience in credit administration or bills operations;
- Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
Remittance
Responsibilities:
- Handle the operation of the payments transaction, inward and outward remittance via SWIFT/ RTGS;
- Provide telephone services to in-house departments and the customers;
- Conduct the compliance review of payments operation;
- Handle the account posting, bank charges, FX deals, bank reconciliation and other ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Form 7 graduate or above; at least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE / HKDSE including English;
- At least 5 years solid experience in remittance operations of banking industry;
- Excellent English and Chinese typing skills;
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; and
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Bills / AML Compliance / Assistant Relationship Manager
- 1-3 years relevant experience
Clerk
- Some clerical experience / Data Entry
