• Minimum 8-10 yrs solid experiences in corporate offices design fitting-out project.
• Degree or equivalent in Building Services or related disciplines
• Responsible for overall control and manage project administration, construction documentation, and design detailing
• Ability to devise efficient programme, to monitor the project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and up to the preset quality standard
• Strong site experience and project management skills, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and capable of handling project independently
• Should be contributes to the organizational goals by driving ideas and innovative thinking, bringing energy to the team and identifying problems and offering solutions.
• Relevant experiences in corporate office design PRC project is an advantage
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is essential Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
