Job Description and responsibilities:

• Daily Project administration works such as correspondence handling, submission of reports and disseminating information within the teams
• Address technical queries and issues with external consultants and contrctors
• Monitor project program and contractors' drawing submissions and material selections
• Monitor the construction progress and ensure schedule is on track

Job Requirements:

• Degree/higher diploma in civil engineering or building engineering or building studies
• 10 years experience in construction management of civil engineering contracts in construction management of building contracts
• Proficiency in administractive procedure of submission and applications to Building Department
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, good working attitude and high level of professionalism and integrity
