• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• Professional status such as RICS is preferable, but not a must;
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience with main contractor in large scale Civil projects;
• Must good at contract administration and excellent in quantity surveying skills;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese;
• Mature, independent, initiative, co-operation and positive working attitude;
• Strong sense in budgeting, commercial and contractual aspects;
• Less experience will be considered for the post of Project Quantity Surveyor.
